We offer the following free services

• Child and youth immunizations
• Adult immunization for those with complex immunization needs
• Breast/Chest Feeding consultation and support

NOTE: Please do not book for COVID-only vaccines (book here instead)

NOTE: If immunizations have been provided outside a VCH facility (ex. physician office or another health authority), call the health unit or use this form to submit your records. We require records to ensure we offer the right immunizations at the right time.

Child and Youth Immunization:

• It is important that you book your child’s appointment under their name and date of birth
• Read about routine childhood immunization schedules
• Book one appointment slot per child that will be attending and ensure they are not at the same time
• For children requiring more time (ex. fear of needles), please book for two sequential appointments and note reason when booking
• A COVID-19 vaccine will be offered to all eligible children

Adult Immunization:

• Adult immunization appointments are reserved for complex immunization needs (ex. post-transplant). If you require immunization for school, work, or travel, please contact a pharmacy for an appointment.

Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test:

• TB skin tests require you to return two days after initial appointment to receive the results of your test
• A $40 fee may be applied (ex. for school or work). Debit/credit accepted.
